B.Tech, IIT BHU Varanasi, Metallurgy (2007) and M.S., Rice University, Materials Science (2010). He strongly believes in research, development and commercialization. He has worked at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), the Institute of Nanotechnology at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and IISc Bangalore. Featured by Rice University: Raghav Wahi '10: powering the future of global energy manufacturing.
Artificial intelligence, computer vision and sensor deployments
Raghav has taken Raspberry Pi based computer vision and wireless sensors from prototype through production deployment. Familiar with OpenCV, OpenWRT router Linux, tcpdump, Wireshark, YOLO, OpenVPN, IoT distributed systems and cloud data collection, RFID sensors, and injection-moulded mechanical cases for sensors.
- Offline retail store and garment factory deployments of sensors, with Enalytix.
- RFID deployments for lean manufacturing at Sahu Exports, Noida, Delhi NCR.

Materials science and energy storage
His experience spans materials science in energy storage (lithium-ion batteries, supercapacitors) and artificial intelligence, especially data collection from sensors. He has hands-on built alpha and beta stage prototypes of flexible supercapacitors and lithium-ion batteries (Paper Battery Company, NY-BEST spotlight), with hands-on experience of graphene, carbon nanotubes and materials chemistry (Google Scholar).
- Advisor at Rice University, Houston: Prof. P. M. Ajayan, among the top 10 global materials scientists (Google Scholar)
- Advisors at KIT Karlsruhe: Prof. T. S. Balaban, Prof. Ralph Krupke, Prof. Aravind Vijayaraghavan
- Colleague at UPenn: Prof. Deep Jariwala
